Defective components (under manufacturer warranty).
3. What Is NOT Covered
Warranty does NOT cover:
Normal wear and tear.
Filter cartridge replacement (consumables).
Lack of servicing or maintenance.
Misuse, tampering, or unauthorised modifications.
Damage caused by:
High water pressure.
Freezing, weather, or external impact.
Poor plumbing condition.
4. Servicing Requirement
To maintain warranty:

5. Call-Outs & Warranty Claims
