ClearHaven Water Filtration provides warranty covering:

Workmanship

  • Installation workmanship is covered for 7 years.

System Components

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to all filtration components.

  • Warranty periods vary by component.

2. What Is Covered

  • Faulty installation.

  • Defective components (under manufacturer warranty).

3. What Is NOT Covered

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Filter cartridge replacement (consumables).

  • Lack of servicing or maintenance.

  • Misuse, tampering, or unauthorised modifications.

  • Damage caused by:

    • High water pressure.

    • Freezing, weather, or external impact.

    • Poor plumbing condition.

4. Servicing Requirement

To maintain warranty:

  • Filters must be serviced/replaced at recommended intervals.

  • Failure to service may void warranty.

5. Call-Outs & Warranty Claims

  • Warranty claims must be reported promptly.

  • If issue is not covered, a service fee may apply.

6. Limitation of Liability
