TERMS & CONDITIONS – ClearHaven Water Filtration

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by ClearHaven Water Filtration ("we", "our", "us") to the customer ("you").

By accepting a quote, booking a service, or proceeding with installation, you agree to these Terms.

2. Quotes & Pricing

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise

  • Pricing is based on information provided at the time

  • Additional costs may apply if:

    • Site conditions differ from what was disclosed

    • Additional materials or labour are required

  • Any variations will be discussed and approved before proceeding

3. Deposits & Payments

  • A deposit may be required to secure installation

  • Full payment is due:

    • On completion of installation, or

    • As outlined in your quote/invoice

  • Late payments may incur additional fees

4. Installation Conditions

You agree to:

  • Provide safe and clear access to the installation area

  • Ensure pets are secured during installation

  • Ensure water supply can be isolated when required

We reserve the right to delay or reschedule if conditions are unsafe.

5. Product Suitability

  • Our systems are designed to improve water quality

  • Results may vary depending on:

    • Water supply source

    • Existing plumbing conditions

  • We do not guarantee removal of all contaminants unless explicitly stated

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing plumbing issues

    • Damage caused by poor or ageing pipework

    • Changes in water supply quality

  • Our liability is limited to:

    • Repair or replacement of faulty workmanship or components

7. Access & Installation Location

  • Installation location will be determined based on:

    • Practicality

    • Plumbing layout

    • Customer preference where possible

  • Additional costs may apply for complex installations

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Minimum 24 hours notice required

  • Late cancellations may incur a call-out fee

9. Ownership of Goods

  • All products remain property of ClearHaven until fully paid

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
