No. Our ClearHaven TripleShield™ system is designed to maintain excellent water flow throughout your home. We use oversized 20-inch commercial-grade filter housings, which provide a larger filtration surface area than many standard residential systems, helping to minimise pressure loss while delivering exceptional filtration performance.

We recommend servicing your ClearHaven system every 12 months. During the annual service, we replace all three filter cartridges, inspect the system, check the pressure gauges and bypass valve, and ensure everything is operating at peak performance.

Yes. Your installation includes everything required for a complete, professional installation, including the ClearHaven TripleShield™ filtration system, premium copper pipework, a three-way bypass valve, pressure gauges, a powder-coated aluminium frame, a custom powder-coated cover, commissioning, and a full demonstration of your new system.

No. The ClearHaven TripleShield™ system is not designed to remove fluoride. Its purpose is to reduce chlorine, sediment and other common impurities while helping to minimise scale build-up throughout your home.
If you would also like to reduce fluoride from your drinking water, we can install an optional reverse osmosis system under your kitchen sink to complement your whole-home filtration system.
