The ClearHaven TripleShield Solution

The ClearHaven TripleShield is a three-stage whole-home filtration system designed to treat water at the point it enters your home.

The system uses three specialised filtration cartridges

SedimentShield → ScaleShield → CarbonShield

Together they remove sediment, reduce chlorine, and help minimise scale buildup.

This means every tap, shower and appliance receives cleaner, filtered water.

How Our Filtration System Works

ClearHaven Water systems are designed to treat water at the point it enters your home, ensuring filtered water is delivered to every tap, shower, and appliance. The system operates automatically, requiring no daily input from the homeowner, and is engineered specifically for Australian water conditions.

Water from the mains supply enters your property and flows directly through the ClearHaven TripleShield system before reaching your home.

As it passes through the three-stage filtration process, contaminants are reduced and water quality is improved—so cleaner, healthier water flows to every tap.

Water then moves through three specialised filtration stages:

Stage 1 → Sediment removal
Stage 2 → Scale reduction
Stage 3 → Chlorine and taste improvement

ClearHaven TripleShield Filtration Stages

SedimentShield™ – Sediment removal

A close-up of a white paper towel roll on a white background.

The SedimentShield™ cartridge is the first line of defence in the ClearHaven TripleShield system. Its role is to remove physical particles from the water before they reach your plumbing system and appliances.

Perth’s water supply often carries fine sediment such as sand, rust, silt, and pipe scale. While these particles are usually invisible, they can slowly damage plumbing fixtures, clog aerators, and reduce the lifespan of appliances like dishwashers, washing machines, and hot water systems.

SedimentShield™ uses a high-capacity gradient depth filter that captures particles as small as 5 microns. The layered design allows larger debris to be trapped on the outer layers while progressively finer particles are caught deeper within the filter media. This structure increases filtration efficiency and extends cartridge life.

By removing sediment early in the filtration process, SedimentShield™ also protects the downstream filters, allowing the entire TripleShield system to operate at maximum performance.

Key benefits

• Removes sand, rust, silt and debris
• Protects plumbing fixtures and appliances
• Improves water clarity
• Extends the life of other filter cartridges
• High-capacity design for whole-home filtration

ScaleShield™ – Scale removal

A water filter cartridge next to its packaging box labeled "OneStop Plus".

The ScaleShield™ cartridge is designed to address one of the most common problems in Australian water supplies: limescale buildup.

Perth’s water is considered moderately hard, meaning it contains dissolved minerals such as calcium and magnesium. When heated or left to evaporate, these minerals form hard white deposits known as scale. Over time, scale can accumulate inside pipes, hot water systems, kettles, shower heads, and appliances.

ScaleShield™ uses specialised anti-scale media that helps prevent mineral crystals from bonding together and forming hard deposits. Instead of attaching to surfaces, the minerals remain suspended in the water and are safely washed away.

This process helps protect plumbing infrastructure while maintaining natural mineral content in the water.

By reducing scale formation, ScaleShield™ can:

• Extend the life of hot water systems
• Improve energy efficiency of appliances
• Reduce build-up on taps, shower screens and kettles
• Help maintain water pressure in plumbing systems

Key benefits

• Reduces limescale buildup
• Protects hot water systems and appliances
• Helps maintain plumbing efficiency
• Reduces cleaning and maintenance
• Works across the entire home

CarbonShield™ – Taste & Chemical Reduction

The CarbonShield™ cartridge provides the final stage of purification in the ClearHaven TripleShield system, focusing on improving water quality, taste, and odour.

This filter uses premium coconut shell activated carbon, a highly porous material that is extremely effective at adsorbing unwanted chemicals from water.

One of the main targets of this stage is chlorine, which is commonly used in municipal water supplies for disinfection. While necessary for safety, chlorine can cause:

• unpleasant taste and odour
• dry skin and hair
• irritation for people with sensitive skin
• damage to rubber seals and plumbing components

As water passes through the CarbonShield™ filter, chlorine and other organic compounds are captured within the microscopic pores of the carbon media.

The result is cleaner, better-tasting water from every tap in the home.

By removing sediment early in the filtration process, SedimentShield™ also protects the downstream filters, allowing the entire TripleShield system to operate at maximum performance.

Key benefits

• Reduces chlorine taste and odour
• Improves drinking water quality
• Helps reduce skin and hair dryness from chlorinated water
• Removes organic contaminants and unpleasant smells
• Uses premium coconut shell carbon

Designed to Suit Your Home

Custom Covers Designed to Suit Your Home

Many filtration systems are installed with exposed pipework and basic plastic covers that can look out of place on modern homes.

ClearHaven systems are designed with both performance and appearance in mind.

Each system can be fitted with a premium custom cover, creating a clean and professional finish once installed.

To help the system blend seamlessly with the home exterior, covers are available in a range of Colourbond colour options, allowing homeowners to match the system with their house, fencing or outdoor features.

The result is a filtration system that looks like part of the home rather than an added utility item.

Built for Performance

Heavy-duty housings

The system uses large, high-quality filter housings designed to securely contain each cartridge and withstand constant household water pressure. Their high-capacity design supports strong, consistent flow to the entire home, while also allowing for longer filter life and reliable long-term performance.

Pressure Gauges

Installed before and after the filtration system, pressure gauges give a clear visual indication of how the system is performing. By comparing the inlet and outlet pressure, you can easily see when filters are starting to restrict flow—making it simple to know when servicing is required, before it impacts water pressure in your home.

Bypass valves

Integrated bypass valves allow water to be safely redirected around the filtration system when required. This makes filter changes and servicing quick and hassle-free, while ensuring your home continues to have running water during maintenance or in the unlikely event the system needs to be isolated.
